Keep On Trucking

So day three has been completed and after yesterdays antics we've taken it a little more easily, to steady our nerves.

Unfortunately we've not made it to Agra as planned, but have found a great hotel in an old colonial House in a relatively quiet area of Kanpur. The city is famous for numerous uprisings and a massacre of the British Army after agreeing a cease fire. Good job we're not driving a Rickshaw with a big Union Jack painted on the back....whoops!

May need to re-consider our route but that job is for this evening.

Current location: The Attic Hotel, Kanpur, India, 26N 28'40.8" 80E 21'02.0" 124m

Hey bro,
Sounds like you guys are having fun... lets keep incidents of being forced off the road and breaking down in the middle of 8 lanes of traffic to a minimum shall we!
Glad you haven't completely trashed it yet! He he.
Keep the updates coming!

Well done son and Mark - you're still alive, we hope!
Scotland has been fantastic so far although the weather may be going to get nearly as wet as in the monsoon.
Bill says thanks for the 9 identical texts wishing him a happy birthday - he did finally get the message.

You guys are rubbish at this.... i know you're probably having far too much fun but don't forget about your family and friends back at home, stuck in an office, bored out of their brains and looking for something to entertain them! Hope the Tuk Tuk is still in one piece.

OK so we're not worried that the last account was from two little boys who've repeatedly got lost and diced with death competing with mad truck drivers 10 x their size and then suddenly no word for 3 days!
Not just run out of gas but also phone battery! I hope!

Keep on Tuktuking guys!

Yes we too are hoping that only no battery or no signal has stopped the flow of news. Hope you are both well. Love Sue and Bill.
